BRICKTOWN POLICE SUBSTATION
OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

Comissioned by the Oklahoma City Public Works Department on behalf of the Oklahoma City Police Department. The Small Group is providing the design for a new police substation on the north edge of Bricktown near downtown Oklahoma City. An existing railroad freight building is to be rehabilitated for the public lobby of the new station, and approximately 9,500 square feet of additional space will provide a Lineup Room, Offices, Men's and Women's Locker and Shower Facilities, and Vehicle Storage space. The project is designed to fit within the context of the historic Bricktown District, and will also be used as an operational headquarters during special events held int he area at various times throughout the year.
