Heavily damaged by the bombing of the A.P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, this landmark Oklahoma City building was rehabilitated to provide 120,000 square feet of modern office space for public and non-profit tenants. The west portion of the building was configured for the home of the Oklahoma City National Memorial Center. On the National Register of Historic Places, this project was designed in accordance with the State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service Guildelines for the Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings .
