This existing 1998 clubhouse was not completed by the original developer, and lacked the quality rivaled by the adjacent Tom Weiskopf golf course, ranked 2nd in the state of Missouri. The Small Group was retained as part of the re-development team to transform the property into a first-class destination on the Southeastern shore of Lake of the Ozarks. A "prairie-craftsman" architectural style was employed to convey a sense of casual elegance. Tom hoch Interiors provided additional support for interior design and FF&E procurement. The clubhouse is now home to a Plaza III Steakhouse restaurant, headquarted in Kansas City, Missouri.
