The Pacer Fitness Center required a 12,000 square foot addition onto their existing exercize facilities for new locker rooms, aerobic rooms, physical analysis rooms, whirlpool and shower facilities, and administrative offices. The existing facility was renovated, fire sprinkler systems installed, and updated for current building codes and ADA accessibility.
