THE TERRITORY GOLF CLUB   Cost: Completed: $2,500,00 2003 The Territory Golf and Country Club is located just west of Duncan in southwestern Oklahoma, and situated on 600 acres of rolling terrain. The golf facilities were designed under a prairie style “territorial” theme, to convey the casual elegance for which the development is modeled. Located at the highest point near the center of a new Randy Heckenkemper golf course, the Golf House (pro shop), Carriage House (cart barn) and Prairie House (pool activities center) are organized in a “village” relationship, linked by landscaped paths and views to the course.
