The Small Group – Architects was commissioned by the Braums Ice Cream and Dairy Stores to design a new prototype store to be constructed throughout the Midwest United States. Because this model was to be constructed at over 70 locations, material selections and building systems were carefully considered in order to achieve the most economical and efficient approach with respect to both initial and life-cycle costs.

The firm also has experience in various recreational projects, completing clubhouses for the Old Kinderhook Golf & Country Club, ranked second in the state of Missouri, and the Territory Golf Club, finalist for Golf, Inc.’s 2006 Clubhouse of the Year.
